How to place an order

Ordering is fast and easy! Simply follow the steps below to complete your purchase online. If you prefer to order by phone, please contact one of our representatives at 1-866-706-8423 Mon-Fri 9am-6pm EST. If you would like us to contact you at your convenience, please send us an email with your phone number and preferred time by clicking on Contact Us at the top of this page.

  1. Browse or search for the items you'd like to order and add them to your shopping cart as you go. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click "Checkout".
  2. Indicate where you want to ship your order and select one of the shipping options. Learn more about shipping times below.
  3. On the next page, the “Purchase Summary” page, review your shipping instructions, the costs and the content of your cart. To make any changes, click on the Shopping Cart on the left of the page.
  4. On the next page, the "Payment" page, provide your credit card payment information.
  5. When you're ready to complete your order, click the "Place Your Order" button. The "Order Confirmation" page confirms we will begin processing your order shortly and provides our unique order number.  We encourage you to make note of the order number or print a copy of this confirmation page should you wish to contact us about your order.
  6. You will receive an Order Confirmation email immediately after placing your order.  Please review all details again and contact us within 50 minutes of receipt to advise us of any changes.
  7. Once your order is ready to leave our Distribution Centre, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with UPS tracking link.
  8. We DO NOT charge your credit card until your order is ready to ship.

Shipping Times and Item Availability

 

The availability of each item is clearly indicated on the product detail page and refers to the time required for us to prepare and pack the item at our Distribution Centre.  For example, "This item usually ships within 24 hours" refers to a product we carry in our distribution centre and which can be made ready for shipment within 24 hours. 

When will your order ship?
The availability of an item, as well as the day of the week it was ordered, determines when the item will actually ship. Use the guide below for a better understanding of when your order will ship:

Available in 24hrs
This item will ship within 1 business day from the date the order was placed. For instance, an order placed on Tuesday at 1:00 pm will ship by 1:00 pm Wednesday. An order placed at 9:00 pm Friday will ship by 9:00 pm Monday.

Available within 3 business days
This item will ship within 3 business days from the time your order was placed.

Available in 1-2 weeks
This item needs to be special ordered from the vendor and will be ready to ship within 1-2 weeks from the date the order was placed.

Available in 3-5 weeks
This item needs to be special ordered from the vendor and will be ready to ship within 3-5 weeks from the date the order was placed.

Please note that all items are subject to in-stock availability. Delays or a cancellation may occur if the number of orders exceeds in-stock inventory, and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

Order Arrival Times

With such a wide array of travel accessories to choose from, every order is different - and how quickly it will arrive depends on four things: item availability, shipping method, destination and the date ordered.

When placing your order, you will be given a delivery date based on the latest availability of the items in the order.  Removing 'special order' items from your cart will allow us to ship in-stock items immediately. We recommend placing a separate order for 'special order' items that will ship at a later date.

To determine when your order should arrive once it has left our distribution centre, simply use the charts below:

Choosing your Delivery Address

At this time, our carriers will only deliver to complete street addresses (no P.O. Boxes please) weekdays between 9:00am and 5:00pm.  To avoid unecessary delays, you may elect to have your order shipped to your place of business if no one is home during the day.

Tracking your Order


Click on the "Track Order " link at the top of this page and enter the order number and destination postal code.

  1. Click the UPS Tracking ID Number.
  2. On the following screen, view the latest UPS tracking update for your order.

Important Note: Please allow 24 hours following your shipment notification for UPS to update their site.

 

Cancelling an Order

 

·      We guarantee any cancellation made within 50 minutes of placing your order. Simply respond to the Order Confirmation email within 50 minutes and add CANCEL ORDER to the subject line

·      While we can't guarantee cancellations made after the 50 minute time-frame, your order may not have entered our order processing window, and we may still be able to process your cancellation. Either way, we will advise you by return email.

·      Please note that if your cancellation was not successful, you can always return an item/order for a full refund within 30 days of the date of shipment. See Returns & Exchanges for details on how to do this.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You may return any item that hasn’t met your expectations within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Simply send the item back to us in its original packaging using insured, prepaid Parcel Post or any other major courier. Insuring your return allows you to track your parcel with the carrier. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and write this number prominently on the package.

If you're returning a package because it arrived damaged, or because you received the wrong item, we will provide you with a special prepaid courier account number and exchange the contents at no extra harge. If you received an item you didn't order and were billed for it, please return it for a full refund.
